DNA Digital Agency: Company Profile Website & Business Email Setup

Project Overview

DNA Digital Agency (PT Daya Nara Andalan) is a Jakarta-based communication and capacity building agency with an impressive client roster including government institutions and major corporations. They needed a professional web presence to use when introducing their business to potential new clients.

What They Needed

• A clean, professional one-page company profile to share during client meetings and pitching sessions
• A business email address to replace personal or generic email accounts — essential for building credibility with enterprise clients

What I Did

1. One-Page Company Profile Website

Built a one-page landing site based on a design provided by the Dayanara team. My role was translating their design into a functional, responsive website. The site covers everything a potential client needs to know: who they are, what they do, their values, team, and client portfolio. The goal was simple — when Dayanara walks into a meeting, they can hand over this URL instead of a printed brochure.

2. Business Email Setup via cPanel

Set up professional business email (e.g. name@dayanaraandalan.com) through cPanel’s email hosting, then configured it to connect to Gmail using SMTP/IMAP. This means the team sends and receives emails from their own domain, but manages everything through the familiar Gmail interface — no need to learn new software.

The setup covers:

• Creating email accounts via cPanel
• Configuring SMTP outgoing mail in Gmail (“Send mail as”)
• Configuring IMAP for incoming mail in Gmail settings
• DNS record verification (MX, SPF) to ensure email deliverability

Outcome

Dayanara now has a professional web presence and business email that matches their domain — both important trust signals when approaching government and corporate clients.
