Fragment of Me 2025
December 11, 2025. I updated the chart with the latest data from yesterday (December 10). My weight is down to 77.8 kg, which is good. However, the projection shows that the ‘checkpoint’ has moved slightly—from January 11 to January 13, 2026. The average loss rate dipped a little to 0.129 kg/day.

December 4, 2025. I added a “projection” to the weight chart I created yesterday. According to ChatGPT, the calculation uses linear regression. To be honest, I don’t really understand what that is, but it’s interesting. Based on the chart, I could reach the “checkpoint”—when my weight enters the “standard” phase—on January 11, 2026, which is 38 days from now. We’ll see.

December 3, 2025. My weight has finally started to go down again after previously going up due to several factors: days of nonstop rain that kept me from running, piling work, and eating habits that got a bit messy. Now I’m really trying to regain control by eating more regularly, fixing my sleep, and staying active even when the weather or work gets in the way.

November 24, 2025. I’ve been taking on too many freelance projects, mostly because I’m afraid I won’t get new job opportunities anymore, especially since I’ve stopped applying for full-time roles. Next month, I’m letting go of one of the jobs so I can refocus on Lifepal and HK. There’s one website project that’s still ongoing, but it’s already about 80% done.
November 24, 2025. As the year is coming to an end, I feel like I should start writing my self-reflections again, something I haven’t done at all this entire year. All the notes before today in 2025 were written from memory, not from a day-to-day diary.
